Users can transcribe audio recordings, apply custom formatting rules, and manage templates. Each audio recording submitted for transcription must be a minimum of 20 seconds.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

When using Raporio, your generated content, including transcriptions, custom rules, and templates, remains your own. Raporio provides the platform and services to generate, manage, and store this content. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content you generate and store using our services. You grant Raporio a license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, payment information, audio recordings, generated transcriptions, custom rules, and templates, as necessary to provide our services.
